Wow what a different bike i have now, we did our run to brooklands yesterday and the bike just got better the more miles it did, it was pulling like a train at 70 to 80mph, now i know that it used to get around 25-27 miles per gallon so when i filled up the first time after leaving brooklands i had done 96miles and i put 9.97 litres in which is 2.19 gallons 96 divided by 2.19 = 43.83 miles per gallon, fuck me i nearly fell over in the filling station ! I couldnt believe it so did the sums again same result, we rode off with me laughing my head off then when i got home went to filling station again filled up did sums result was 44.12 miles per gallon, this was a farely fast run as we had got rid of the slow riders earlier i was not hanging around on way back 80~90mph all the way.

Could my fatty be the only 5 speed softail in the Uk to have a 200 miles range on a standard tank? This is the best thing i've put on a bike it is running so much better it fires up with loud bang from the Longshots the pipes are louder when riding but i like that my wife don't but its my bike so hey ho shit happens eh, my mate said it was louder to follow so we swapped bikes it made me realise how well mines was running.

Hello Sven

Been a 1000 miles since i fitted the Hydro i put new oil and filter in at the same time, now normaly after maybe 200 miles or so the oil would be back to black again but it still clean and looking like new oil, amazing.

I've ridden to to Birmingham and back today a round trip of 295 miles at a constant 75mph appart fron the odd blast at 90 past trucks and vans and the fuel consumption for the day was 49.5 miles per gallon this is bloody good.

I had lots of interest in it at Brighton on Sunday with lots of people asking how much and where can they get one

Thats all for now I will keep in touch with how the bike is running.
